What many first-time home-buyers may not realize is that there are many elements involved in a real estate transaction. Pre-approval letters, inspections, appraisals are just a few of the steps that many transactions require. Communicating with lenders, the title company, the listing agent, and everyone else in the transaction is something that can get overwhelming quickly. But my goal is to make sure that my clients never have to ask the question, "what's next?" in the process. My job is to help you have the most seamless transaction as possible.
